Terms of use
These terms apply to the Xperimore website and to the early access program. Paid subscriptions will be covered by a separate customer agreement.

1. About these terms
Xperimore is a Winbergh Media product, provided by Rickard Winbergh (sole trader, Sweden), trading as Winbergh Media (“we”, “us”). By using the website or taking part in early access, you agree to these terms.
2. Early access
Early access is offered at our discretion to a limited number of organizations. Registering your interest does not guarantee access, and we do not commit to any particular launch date. During early access, features may change, be limited or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may end early access with reasonable notice.
Commercial conditions for early access, including any fees: [To be confirmed: early access commercial terms].
3. What Xperimore does — and does not do
- Xperimore analyzes information that is publicly visible on the internet. It does not perform intrusive scanning, exploitation or penetration testing.
- Findings are classified as observed exposure, potential vulnerability or confirmed finding. Passive information cannot confirm a vulnerability; a finding is only marked confirmed after authorized verification.
- Results depend on public data sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Xperimore helps you prioritize, but it does not guarantee that your systems are secure and does not replace your own security work.
4. Acceptable use
You agree that you will:
- only register domains that your organization owns or is authorized to have monitored;
- keep your account credentials confidential and give colleagues only the access they need;
- not use the service to target organizations you are not authorized to assess;
- not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass its security or access other organizations’ data;
- comply with applicable law when acting on the information provided.
We may suspend access that breaches these terms or puts the service or others at risk.
5. Your data
Your organization’s data remains yours. We process personal data as described in our privacy policy.
6. Intellectual property
The website, the platform and their content, including the Xperimore name and logo, belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the service.
7. Liability
[To be confirmed: limitation of liability wording, to be reviewed by legal counsel]
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
9. Governing law and contact
Governing law and competent courts: Swedish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or other statutory protections that apply to you. Contact: privacy@xperimore.com.
